This short but mighty month is a powerhouse in the self-funding industry, packed with pivotal moments to foster collaboration, and remember that strong relationships are built on more than just business.* **The Pulse of the Industry** February is prime time for self-funding professionals to re-engage and push forward with renewed energy to address the challenges and opportunities of the new year. While some see this as a time to relax after the madness of Q4 (and the mop up of the madness in January), this makes it an optimal time to get a leg up on your year by doing new group outreach and setting the stage for the years renewals. For our team and partners, this month is about harnessing this momentum and making every conversation count. **Reflections from the Front Line** This month, I had the privilege of being a panelist at the [Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/health-care-administrators-association-hcaa-/) Executive Forum, sharing insights and engaging in meaningful discussions with other industry leaders. Drawing on my experiences as a past president of HCAA, I joined other industry leaders to discuss key issues for 2025, such as improving price transparency and adopting fair payment models. The forum provided a great opportunity to collaborate with peers, exchange fresh ideas, and develop better strategies to support our clients in the coming year. **Full Speed Ahead—And Enjoying the Ride** Big things can happen in a short period of time. Amidst our busiest days, it’s important to cherish the joy that comes from our work. When you love what you do and have fun doing it, it shows. This month may be flying by, but the energy we bring doesn’t have to.
